Just been here toady for lunch 05.11.25. Small fish and chips with tartar sauce, lunchtime deal for £6. More than worth it. Chips were bang on, fish was good and homemade tartar 👌🏻
Fantastic chippy. The best fish I've had in the 2 months I've been in the UK. Generous portions, reasonable prices, great chips. Served in a box, so you could eat and walk (although we took them home).
Exceptional food, exceptional.service. the most polite and helpful staff who greeted me and my family with such warmth - what an absolute credit to the business. Above and beyond coming to check everything was ok as we sat on the tables outside. Fish was absolutely perfect. Huge portions. Thanks so much (from the ones who avoided the hour wait at Arnside). Def visit again when we are in the area. Sorry - forgot to take pics x
Fab, popped in with my daughters , the "small" fish and chips at £6 was a good size as a lunch portion and came with free curry sauce. Sooo fresh thought we were at the sea side. Good chips. The batter was delightfully crispy .
Not local so googled and found this. Not disappointed. Place was spotless, staff friendly, but more importantly the food was delicious and exceptional value for money. Will definitely be making a return visit.
Beautiful little fish and chip shop with great food!
Spent a long time looking for a place to get fish and chips as we were looking and most places did only haddock but this place did haddock and cod. Could even get salt and pepper chicken. Lovely stuff. Also very well priced
The small fish and chips are a favorite, especially with the homemade tartar sauce. Don't miss their salt and pepper chicken, and if you're in the mood for something different, try the homemade pies.
